Crafted from double layered premium American vegetable-tanned cowhide leather, each collar is meticulously hand-tooled, hand-carved, and hand-finished for a soft, comfortable, and durable finish. This collar is the ideal choice for any pet, combining both fashion and functionality. Has rust-free solid metal hardware. The measurement is from the end of the leather on the buckle side to the middle hole on the other side. Refer to the diagram attached. It has a two inches margin on both sides. So for example an 11 inch collar will have a size range of 9 inches to 13 inches. Please measure your dog neck for appropriate sizing.
X-Small (11"): Adjustable from 9'' to 13'' with a width of 1".
Small (15"): Adjustable from 13'' to 17'' with a width of 1".
Medium (19"): Adjustable from 17'' to 21'' with a width of 1.5".
Large (23"): Adjustable from 21'' to 25'' with a width of 1.5"."
All orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days so long as they are in stock. There may be delays for products on backorder due to limited availability of stock.
Orders are usually shipped FedEx or UPS, depending on the shipping time. Our goal is to get it to you as soon as possible and that determines the shipping service.
Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the item(s) or size of box(es).
The ‘Shipping & Handling’ charge on the ‘Final Review of Your Order’ page can be different than the cost that will actually be charged. This happens because we cannot figure out the weight and size of your order when you initially place the order. This is why we don’t charge you for shipping and handling when you place an order, but when your order is ready to go and the weight/size is verified.
Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees.
Furthermore, any shipments returned or “REFUSED” for any reason will be permanently dropped and no further shipments will be made.
– We will exchange defective (*only if the item is unused) merchandise, which must be accompanied with the invoice, within 7 days from the shipping date.
– A 30% restocking fee (not including S&H) will be charged on your credit card for any returned or refused packages.
