SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing and Shipping Information

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. All orders typically ship within 3–5 business days from the time they are processed.

Due to new safety procedures at our fulfillment center and carrier delays driven by high demand, please expect possible delays in receiving your order.

Shipping Method
Orders placed on americandarling.com are shipped via UPS of Fedex Ground to ensure faster shipping and transit times to residential addresses. Orders with a PO Box shipping address will be shipped via USPS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. Please check your junk or spam folder for your order and shipping confirmation emails.

At this time, we cannot expedite shipments.

Transaction Information
Please note that transactions from our website will appear on your banking statement as *AMERICAN DARLING LLC, which is our payment gateway account name.

Shipping to the United States
All orders are shipped within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via USPS and will incur a $40 flat-rate shipping fee per item.
